This Sunday saw the 3rd year of the Shifnal 10k and despite a tough and hilly course Alison Upton ran an impressive 1:11:47. Well done!
Sunday saw a lot of the Peel road runners volunteer at the newly launched Tamworth Castle grounds Park run. This weekend saw an impressive 197 children finish the 2km course.
It was fantastic to see so many children enjoying their Sunday morning run .
A huge shout out to Peelers own Sarah Boffey and Jackie Tierney who are the Event directors and got this up and running and a big thank you to Ian Orton, Jackie Tierney ,Lisa Barnes, Mark Boffey and Sarah Boffey who volunteered this week. It is on every Sunday with a 9am start for children age 4-14
